- Australian legal context: Under the Australian Interactive Gambling Act 2001, it is generally unlawful for offshore operators to provide certain interactive gambling services to persons in Australia. - Self-representation: By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years of age (or older if required by your local law);
- you are not accessing the Services from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where the Operator has chosen not to offer Services (including where access is blocked by ACMA or your ISP); and
- you are using the Services solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Account Creation Process
- Registration data: To create an Account you must provide accurate and complete information including (at a minimum) your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and a secure password. Additional data may be requested depending on your jurisdiction and selected Payment Methods.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking an activation link sent to the address you provide. Your Account may remain inactive or restricted until verification is completed.

- proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, not older than three months);
- proof of ownership of Payment Methods used (such as a redacted card statement or e-wallet screenshot); and
- information relating to source of funds where required by applicable AML/CTF standards.

- the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete;

- your jurisdiction of residence or access presents legal or regulatory risk (including Australia under the IGA).

Creating multiple Accounts, including using different identities, devices, or IP addresses to circumvent restrictions, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds and Bonuses.
- Use for lawful purposes only: You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or breach of sanctions. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you.

- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has minimum and maximum Bet limits that may be displayed in the Game interface or paytable. The Operator reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect Bets already placed.
- Availability of Games: The Operator may add, remove, or modify Games, providers, or features at its discretion. Certain Games may be unavailable in particular jurisdictions.

- incorrect Game configurations (e.g., payout tables, odds, or displayed balance);
- miscommunication of outcomes or winnings; or
- any other material malfunction,
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a Game round, the result may be determined by the Game provider's rules. In most cases, the round will be completed by the system and the result recorded on the server. You may view the outcome in your Game or transaction history when you reconnect.

Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion offered through Ozwins and the Site is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, maximum Bonus amounts, and wagering requirements. In the event of conflict, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail over this general section.
- Activation: Bonuses may require:
- opting in during deposit;
- entering a valid Bonus code; or
- manually claiming the Bonus via the promotions page or customer support.
- Timeframes: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and related free spins must be used and wagering requirements completed within 30 days from the time of crediting, and in any event no later than 31 December 2026. After this period, remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings may be removed.
Wagering Requirements and Restrictions
- Wagering multiple: Bonus funds and any associated winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the Bonus amount, or 30x deposit + Bonus). The exact multiple will be specified in the relevant offer.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example:
- most video slots: 100% contribution;
- table games and live casino: 5 - 20% or excluded; and
- jackpot slots: generally 0% contribution.
- Maximum Bet with Bonus: When wagering an active Bonus, your maximum allowed Bet per spin or game round may be capped (for example, AUD 5 or 10% of the Bonus value, whichever is lower). Exceeding the permitted maximum Bet may result in confiscation of the Bonus and any derived winnings.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Restricted Games: Certain Games, particularly progressive jackpot slots or low-risk table game strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black), may be excluded from Bonus play. Wagers placed on restricted Games while a Bonus is active may not count towards wagering and may lead to forfeiture.
- Bonus abuse: Bonus abuse includes, without limitation:
- multiple Account creation to claim the same promotion more than once;
- depositing and placing a small number of high-stake Bets to maximise potential Bonus payouts without genuine recreational play;
- using Bonuses to hedge Bets or play in a way that eliminates risk; and
- collusion with other Players to exploit promotional structures.
Combining Promotions
- One Bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. Bonuses may not be stacked or combined.
- Order of use: Real-money funds will generally be used before Bonus funds, unless otherwise specified. Winnings from Bonus funds may remain locked until wagering is fully completed.
- Withdrawal while wagering: If you request a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, the Operator may remove any active Bonus and associated winnings from your Account before processing the withdrawal.
Payments & Withdrawals

- Payment Methods: The Operator may support deposits via:
- credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- bank transfers; and
- where offered, selected cryptocurrencies.
- Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator does not typically charge deposit fees, but your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply their own charges or currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility.
- Source of funds: By depositing, you confirm that:
- you are the lawful owner of the funds and Payment Method used; and
- funds are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
Withdrawals
- Verification first: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require you to complete full KYC verification and provide any requested documents. Failure to comply may result in delays, cancellation of withdrawals, or Account suspension.
- Withdrawal channels: Where feasible, withdrawals will be made to the same Payment Method used for deposit, in line with AML/CTF best practice. If this is not possible, alternative methods may be offered at the Operator's discretion.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, typically between 24 and 72 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends. Actual receipt of funds depends on your Payment Provider and may take longer.
- Limits and fees: Daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits may apply. Certain withdrawal methods may attract fees or minimum thresholds, disclosed in the cashier or prior to confirming your request.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversal of Transactions
- General rule: Deposits are considered final once accepted and credited. The Operator is under no obligation to provide refunds of correctly processed deposits or settled Bets.
- Refund of Bets and Bonuses: In limited circumstances (for example, material Game malfunctions, errors, or cancellations), the Operator may:
- void affected Bets and return the stake to your balance; or
- cancel Bonuses and any related winnings that have been unfairly obtained.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment:
- the Operator may suspend or close your Account;
- winnings and Bonuses may be forfeited; and
- the Operator may recover any amounts due, including reasonable costs and fees, through legal or collection actions.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness of Games: The Operator aims to ensure that Games are fair and operate in accordance with their published rules and paytables. Games are generally provided by third-party software suppliers, some of which may hold certifications or testing approvals.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator and Ozwins endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, including about Bonuses, payment options, and Game rules, no warranty is given that all information will always be error-free, complete, or current.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No warranty of uninterrupted service: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all warranties and representations, express or implied, including any warranty of uninterrupted access, absence of viruses, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:
- any downtime, delays, or interruptions caused by failures of telecommunications networks, ISPs, hosting providers, or your own devices;
- software or hardware failures, including those of third-party Game providers; or
- loss or corruption of data resulting from technical issues beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
- Maximum compensation: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, Game, or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the Bet or Wager in question, or the amount actually paid by you to the Operator in respect of that transaction, whichever is lower.
- Exclusion of consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Australian Law and Offshore Status
- Offshore and unregulated nature: The Operator references a Curacao Master Licence 365/JAZ issued by Gaming Curacao. Validation tools or regulators may be unavailable or ineffective. For practical purposes, and as indicated by ACMA enforcement actions, you should treat the Services as offered by an offshore, effectively unregulated entity from the perspective of Australian law.
- ACMA blocking: ACMA has issued multiple blocking orders in relation to Ozwin-branded websites targeting Australians as illegal gambling services under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept these regulatory risks. Neither the Operator nor Ozwins is liable for any consequences arising from such regulatory measures, including IP blocking or enforcement actions directed at you under Australian law.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, audio and video material, software, source code, and user interfaces, is owned by the Operator, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited use: Without prior written permission from the Operator, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content;
- distribute, transmit, sell, resell, publish, or otherwise exploit content or software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of any software used on the Site, except to the extent permitted by applicable law; or
- use any automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site.
- Third-party rights: Trademarks, logos, and brand names of third-party Game providers and services displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission. Reference to third-party websites such as centraldisputesystem.com, acma.gov.au, or academic sources (e.g., pubs.scu.edu.au) does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy policy: The Operator's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site or creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
- Scope of processing: Personal data may include information provided during registration and KYC (such as identity documents, address details, and payment information), as well as technical data (such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage logs). This data is processed for purposes including Account administration, provision of Services, AML/CTF compliance, risk management, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- Security: The Operator undertakes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, due to the nature of online communications, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
- Cross-border transfers: As the Operator operates from an offshore jurisdiction (including but not limited to Curacao), your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction, including Australia. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory expectations, business practices, or Services.
- Notification: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify Users by one or more of the following methods:
- posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "effective date";
- displaying a prominent banner or pop-up on the Site; or
- sending notice by email to the address registered on your Account.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued access to or use of the Site or Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site, cease gambling activity, and, if applicable, request closure of your Account and withdrawal of eligible funds.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for suspension/termination: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, withhold funds, and/or cancel Bets or Bonuses in whole or in part where:
- you breach these Terms, Bonus rules, or any other applicable policy;
- you provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
- you fail to complete or pass KYC or other verification checks;
- there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal or improper conduct;
- your use of the Services gives rise to legal or regulatory risk for the Operator (including as a result of ACMA enforcement or similar actions); or
- the Operator decides, at its sole discretion, to cease offering Services to your jurisdiction or to close your Account for business reasons.
- Procedure and notice: Where lawful and practicable, the Operator will:
- notify you by email to your registered address of the suspension or termination and the underlying reason (where it can be disclosed); and
- provide instructions regarding any remaining balance and your rights, if any, to dispute the decision.
Refunding Funds on Termination
- Clear balance: Upon closure of your Account, any undisputed real-money balance not subject to investigation or legal restriction will, where possible, be returned to you using an appropriate Payment Method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and limits.
- Forfeiture: Bonuses and Bonus-derived winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements, or that have been obtained in breach of these Terms, may be cancelled or forfeited upon termination.
- Regulatory or legal blocks: Where funds are frozen or must be withheld due to legal, regulatory, or AML/CTF obligations, or where ACMA or another authority requires blocking or cessation of Services, the Operator may be unable to release some or all funds until permitted by law.
User-Initiated Closure
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, you should withdraw any eligible real-money balance, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures.
- Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: Where available, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion and set limits on deposits, losses, or session time. Details will be provided in the responsible gambling section of the Site or via support.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: Unless mandatory laws of your country of residence require otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Services, or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Curacao, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Offshore regulatory framework: The Operator references a Curacao Master Licence 365/JAZ issued by Gaming Curacao. However, validation mechanisms may be limited and, from an Australian regulatory perspective, the Services may be considered effectively unregulated and illegal under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the Services are lawful under Australian law.
- Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the Operator's customer support at [email protected] with full details. The Operator will seek to resolve the matter internally.
- External dispute options: Where indicated by the Operator, you may be able to escalate unresolved disputes to an external dispute resolution or certification body such as CDS via https://centraldisputesystem.com. The availability, scope, and binding nature of such processes depend on the CDS rules and any agreements between CDS and the Operator.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory arbitration or dispute-resolution provisions published by the Operator, you and the Operator agree that any legal proceedings that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Curacao. This does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including Australia.
